Miami Beach’s architectural momentum is steadily shifting north, and at the center of this evolution is Ocean Terrace, a new oceanfront project developed by Witkoff Group in collaboration with Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), who designed the interiors for the project. Architecture is led by Revuelta Architecture International.

Following the rapid sellout of the Shore Club Private Collection, RAMSA’s return to Miami Beach signals a deliberate next chapter. Occupying a rare stretch of oceanfront between 74th and 75th Streets, Ocean Terrace spans approximately 350 feet of direct Atlantic frontage. Rather than introducing another vertical glass tower, the project adopts a layered, mixed-use approach that aligns with the scale and rhythm of the surrounding neighborhood.

The development includes a limited collection of private condominium residences, resort residences, and a carefully restored historic hotel, with interiors reimagined by RAMSA to preserve its character while elevating it for contemporary use. Together, these elements create a cohesive environment that blends residential privacy with hospitality-driven services—an increasingly sought-after model in Miami Beach.

While RAMSA is widely associated with landmark civic and residential projects in New York and beyond, Ocean Terrace reflects a more intimate expression of the firm’s design language. Interiors draw from the geometric clarity of Miami Beach’s Art Deco heritage while incorporating softer influences from mid-century Brazilian modernism.

Residences feature Parquet de Versailles white oak flooring, custom RAMSA-designed cabinetry, natural stone surfaces, integrated Gaggenau appliances, tropical woods, and refined detailing. They’re positioned to capture uninterrupted Atlantic Ocean views while also overlooking adjacent green spaces and long sightlines toward the Miami skyline.

With more than $200 million in reported sales prior to its official public launch and pricing beginning in the $6 million range, Ocean Terrace has quickly positioned itself at the upper tier of the Miami Beach market.
