Summerfest returns to Milwaukee this summer with nine days of music across three long weekends, filling Henry Maier Festival Park along Lake Michigan with one of the country’s broadest festival lineups. Located on Milwaukee’s lakefront near downtown and the Historic Third Ward, the festival also places visitors close to restaurants, hotels, nightlife, museums, and the city’s broader summer festival scene.
The 2026 festival runs June 18–20, June 25–27, and July 2–4, with performances scheduled Thursday through Saturday each weekend. The lineup includes more than 600 artists across 12 permanent stages.
This year’s bill stretches across pop, country, rock, hip-hop, R&B, Latin, alternative, and electronic music. Garth Brooks will help kick off the season with two separate amphitheater concerts on June 16 and 17, before the main festival dates begin. During the festival itself, the American Family Insurance Amphitheater schedule includes artists such as Megan Moroney, Ed Sheeran, Post Malone, Alex Warren, and Jelly Roll.

Across the festival grounds, the lineup broadens further, with performers including Charlie Wilson, Passion Pit, Third Eye Blind, Hot Mulligan, Father John Misty, The Roots, Sean Paul, Spoon, Halestorm, Tash Sultana, Megadeth, Louis Tomlinson, Ella Mai, and Flo Rida.
General admission tickets and passes provide access to the Summerfest grounds and festival stages, but they do not include admission to American Family Insurance Amphitheater concerts. Amphitheater tickets are sold separately and include same-day admission to Summerfest.
Summerfest remains one of Milwaukee’s defining summer events, bringing large-scale live music to the lakefront over three consecutive weekends. For visitors, the 2026 edition offers a mix of big-name concerts, wide-ranging festival stages, and easy movement between music, food, and the waterfront.
