Sutton Tower, PH80 Wine Room | Arman Mitchell
Across these five luxury residences, wine collections sit close to dining rooms, lounges, and other gathering spaces, from a windowed wine room high above Manhattan to dedicated cellars in La Jolla and Cabo.
Sutton Tower
At Sutton Tower in Manhattan, Penthouse 80 places its wine collection just off the great room. The temperature-controlled space has windows of its own, allowing the room to share in the expansive views surrounding the nearly 9,200-square-foot duplex.
Illuminated shelving and four Allavino Tru-Vino refrigerators provide room for as many as 688 bottles. The $65 million penthouse also comes with a year of complimentary storage for up to 100 cases through Sutton Tower’s partnership with UOVO: Art, Fashion, Wine, along with collection organization, inventory management and advisory services.
The arrangement allows bottles kept at home to remain within the entertaining spaces, while a much larger collection can be maintained off site.

The Perigon Miami Beach
Wine is closely tied to dining at The Perigon, where the oceanfront Miami Beach development will include a dedicated room for residents’ personal collections and bottles selected for the property.
A sommelier will lead tastings with seasonal food pairings, and elsewhere in the building, residents will have access to Nota, a private restaurant, and FiftyThree, an owners-only speakeasy.
Designed by OMA with interiors by Tara Bernerd, The Perigon includes 72 residences and eight guest suites available for purchase by owners.

The Boundary
One Manhattan Square
At One Manhattan Square, wine extends beyond a single storage room. The Downtown Manhattan tower includes a wine room alongside a cellar bar and lounge, creating separate places to keep a collection and open a bottle with guests.
A cigar room is also among the amenities, and these spaces form part of more than 100,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor amenities at the waterfront building.

Westbourne by Pacaso
Westbourne near Windansea Beach in La Jolla is part of Pacaso, a company that offers fully managed co-ownership of luxury second homes. Buyers can purchase a share of a residence rather than the entire property, with Pacaso handling its ongoing management.
At the residence, the wine cellar sits on the main floor, close to the rooms used for dining and entertaining. Its placement keeps the collection within easy reach during an evening at home. Gatherings can continue on the rooftop deck overlooking the surrounding coastal setting or remain within the residence’s larger indoor living areas.
The cellar is integrated into the everyday circulation of the house, making selecting and serving a bottle part of the gathering itself.

Marea by Pacaso
Pacaso’s Marea in San José del Cabo pairs its dedicated wine cellar with a private dining and tasting room. From there, gatherings can continue through the home’s indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
