Brooklyn’s skyline entered a new chapter with the completion of Brooklyn Tower at 85 Fleet Street. Rising more than 1,000 feet above the landmarked Dime Savings Bank, the borough’s first supertall has reshaped downtown Brooklyn’s vertical profile—both architecturally and symbolically. At its apex sits Penthouse 92, a full-floor residence recently introduced to the market at $16.75 million, offering a scale and elevation previously unseen in new-construction condominium living in Brooklyn.

Occupying the entire 92nd floor, the approximately 5,900-square-foot penthouse is defined by volume and light. Twelve-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass frame sweeping, 360-degree views that extend across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. While the tower’s residential floors begin hundreds of feet above street level, Penthouse 92 operates in a distinct stratum—one that places it among the highest private residences in New York City outside of Manhattan’s traditional supertall corridor.

Designed by SHoP Architects, Brooklyn Tower’s exterior is intentionally dramatic, clad in blackened stainless steel and bronze. Inside Penthouse 92, the custom interiors were curated by Brooklyn-based designer Susan Clark of Radnor, emphasizing craftsmanship and materiality.

European white oak floors and rich mahogany millwork establish a warm, timeless foundation, allowing the views to remain the focal point. In the kitchen, Absolute Black stone countertops are paired with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures by Waterworks, while the primary bathroom is finished in honed Breccia Capria marble. Throughout, the design balances contemporary lines with references that quietly acknowledge the building’s historic base.

The building is anchored by Brooklyn’s largest Life Time location (opening later this year), an approximately 80,000-square-foot wellness destination offering fitness, spa, and lifestyle programming. Higher up, residents have access to private sky lounges and terraces on the 66th and 85th floors—spaces designed for both gathering and reflection, where the city feels expansive rather than immediate.

In a borough where vertical living has traditionally been measured rather than monumental, Penthouse 92, marketed by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, represents a notable inflection point.
