A new Gesh Group residence is underway at Bella Clancy in Rancho Mirage, California, with architecture by Urbarc Design Group and interiors by Ali Vivoda Interiors.
Italian country influences appear throughout the single-story home, from smooth stucco and natural stone to reclaimed wood beams and arched openings. The materials create a sense of age and texture, while the architecture stays clean and understated.

Covered patios extend from the main living areas into landscaped gardens, providing shaded spaces suited to Rancho Mirage’s desert climate. A custom three-hole putting green will be part of the property as well.
Bella Clancy is known for Mediterranean and Tuscan-style homes, and this project works within that tradition while staying consistent with Gesh Group’s focus on lasting materials and architectural details over more short-lived design trends.

The residence is expected to be completed in December.
