Related Ross is partnering with Set Point Tennis on a private Racquet Club reserved for residents at Edgeworth, its new waterfront condominium along South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
The sixth-floor west terrace will have two Har-Tru tennis courts, one padel court, and one pickleball court overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach Island. Set Point Tennis, which has locations in West Palm Beach and East Hampton, will manage instruction, organized play, and resident events. The club will also include a dedicated pro shop offering equipment demos, racquet stringing, and grip customization.

The club is being developed during a period of strong growth for racquet sports. Tennis reached a record 27.3 million U.S. players in 2025, according to the USTA. Also, the Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) reported that pickleball participation climbed to 24.3 million (more than five times its 2020 level) and that approximately 1.07 million Americans played padel in 2025.

Interest in tennis is especially strong in the West Palm Beach area. The 2026 U.S. Tennis Participation Report by the USTA shows that the West Palm Beach–Fort Pierce metropolitan area ranked second nationally for the relative popularity of online tennis searches in 2025, behind Palm Springs. It held the same position in 2024 and 2020.

Beyond the Racquet Club, Edgeworth will include fitness and recovery spaces and an outdoor pool area. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the two 28-story towers, while MAWD | March and White Design is handling the interiors. The development will have 184 residences, with prices ranging from $5.5 million to $35.5 million.
