Designed for the creative community of Los Angeles, the six-story Soho Warehouse is outfitted with several amenities from a glamorous rooftop with a bar to a sprawling, lush terrace. Curbed reports that the industrial building is located at 1000 S. Santa Fe Avenue in the Arts District.

The renowned members-only club is brimming with artwork like an acrylic-on-canvas by Paul Davies and mural by Blanda.

The industrial-chic space was designed by Soho House’s in-design team, while the entire project was designed by KFA Architecture.

The furniture incorporates elements from the building’s history as well as 60s and 70s style furnishings as a nod to artist-style lofts. Other design details include exposed brick and original street art.

The original loading dock, now filled with olive trees, and jasmine and has completely transformed into a calming outdoor space.

Three new additions that can’t be found at any of the other locations are luxurious bedrooms, a stunning rooftop pool, and a two-level gym.

Bedrooms come complete with rainfall showers, king-sized beds, and full-sized cowshed products. Also, larger bedrooms have been designed for guests looking for a longer stay from details like a kitchenette and six-person dining room table.

There are 48 bedrooms across three floors for members as well as non-members, while the rooftop includes a 50-foot pool and sun deck with panoramic views, as well as day beds and chaise lounges.

Other perks include a sitting room, drawing room, club bar, and house garden—which includes an incredible restaurant and bar.

The House Kitchen is serving up contemporary American food with wood-fired pizzas, while the House Garden menu focuses on Mediterranean-Italian cuisine with produce from local farms.

LA Mag reports that Membership for the exclusive club is $2,160 for one club and $3,300 annually for all clubs. However, if you’re under 27 years old, it’s $1,080 for one and $1,650 for all-inclusive access.

An anonymous committee will decide whether or not applicants can be approved for exclusive membership.
