A newly listed Florida estate takes an unusually specific source of inspiration from the automotive world. Villa Spectre, a roughly 22,000-square-foot residence in Delray Beach, borrows its name and several design cues from Rolls-Royce.

The home sits on approximately 2.5 acres along the water in Stone Creek Ranch and is listed for $65 million. Retired technology executive Barry Smith purchased the property in late 2024 for $36.8 million.

Designed and developed by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes, the residence incorporates a number of spaces tailored to collecting, entertaining, fitness, and wellness. Its strongest connection to Rolls-Royce is a climate-controlled gallery with room for seven vehicles, positioned as a display space rather than a conventional garage. An executive office above looks directly into the gallery.

The name references the Rolls-Royce Spectre, the automaker’s electric coupe, but the influence extends beyond the automotive spaces. The house relies on a highly finished material palette, large-scale glazing, and carefully detailed interiors throughout.

The lake is a constant presence across many spaces in the residence, with broad windows facing the water from the main living areas. Outside, the grounds include a 95-foot pool along with a putting green, soccer field, and a court configured for basketball and pickleball.

A substantial portion of the home is devoted to wellness. Its spa includes an indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and Himalayan salt room, while additional amenities include a theater, salon, and recreation room.

The six-bedroom layout also includes two primary suites. Rather than using one kitchen for every purpose, the home separates daily living from larger-scale entertaining with a family kitchen and a second professional kitchen accessed independently by staff.

For Senada Adžem, the home’s listing agent, the property’s appeal is tied to the degree of specialization within the home. At the upper end of the market, she said, privacy, design, wellness, and craftsmanship have become increasingly important alongside size.

Stone Creek Ranch provides a private, guard-gated setting west of central Delray Beach, while the estate’s lakefront position creates a secluded atmosphere.
